Bedroom 2: two double beds. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room Second floor, overlooking the ocean Semi-private deck with two rocking chairs Private parking for two vehicles, tandem style, in our lot Open living/dining/kitchen with full fridge, microwave, drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, and a full set of cookware, utensils, and glassware Central air and heat, ceiling fans in every room Shared washer/dryer Outdoor deck and outdoor shower with key Two flat-screen TVs and free unlimited WiFi Two shared charcoal grills (bring your own charcoal) Other units: We also have a second 2BR/1BA sleeping 8, a 2BR/2BA townhouse sleeping 10, and a 3BR/3BA sleeping 13. Book all four for a private, communal family gathering. Pet Friendly: housebroken dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee per dog, subject to weight and breed approval. Linens: Sheets and bath towels are provided for every stay. Beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Please note: the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
