All four units are direct oceanfront with breathtaking views and direct beach access. 3BR/3BA with a full kitchen, sleeps 13 — our largest unit Bedroom 1: one queen and a single. Bedroom 2: two queens. Bedroom 3: two double beds Queen sleeper sofa in the living room Ground floor with no stairs and a private entrance, occupying nearly the entire lower level Spacious open living/dining/kitchen Fully equipped with cookware, dishware, and utensils Central air and heat, ceiling fans throughout Shared washer/dryer Private parking for three vehicles Outdoor deck, shared charcoal grills, and outdoor shower Flat-screen TVs in the bedrooms and free unlimited WiFi Shared deck box with beach toys, games, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards Other units: We also have two 2BR/1BA units sleeping 8 each and a 2BR/2BA townhouse sleeping 10. Book all four for a private, communal family gathering. Pet Friendly: housebroken dogs are welcome with a $100 pet fee per dog, subject to weight and breed approval. Linens: Sheets and bath towels are provided for every stay. Beach towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Please note: the primary renter must be at least 25 years old.
